Qualify Criteria for MTA, STA, SIL
- Applicant is 18 years old and older
- Applicant has approved SDA, SIL, STA, MTA or LTA eligibility and, NDIA funding at the appropriate level
- Applicant has the financial means to pay rent and utilities and is prepared to sign (or a representative to sign) a residential agreement.
